GREAT Leaders provides two forms of personalized leadership coaching, one-on-one and group. Coaching is primarily for senior leaders and emerging leaders who are teachable, honest, and willing to stretch and grow. GREAT Leaders offers the following two coaching packages: 

1o1 (1 on 1) : Personalized individual coaching for the serious leader who wants to grow in specific leadership areas.

1. Purpose: Strengthening a Set Number of Key Leadership Areas
2. Sessions: In Person or Zoom, 1 on 1 (2 Total)
3. Format: 12 Weekly Sessions of 45-60 Minutes
4. Recommended Length: 3 Months

Party of 5 (Up to 5): Personalized group coaching for emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership and grow in specific leadership areas identified by the group.

1. Purpose: Strengthening a Set Number of Key Leadership Areas Chosen by the Group
2. Sessions: In Person or Zoom, Up to 5 People (6 Total with Coach)
3. Format: 12 Weekly Sessions of 45-60 Minutes
4. Recommended Length: 3 Months

Keep Calm and Carry On: Help with a specific issue or crisis.

1. Purpose: Providing Leadership to a Major Issue, Change, or Crisis Facing the Organization
2. Sessions: In Person or Zoom
3. Format: Teaching, Panels, Breakouts
4. Length: 1-3 Hours
5. Works Best For: Any Organization Facing a Major Challenge

Titanium: All day, flexible, and adapted to what you need.

1. Purpose: Strengthening Key Leadership Areas on Any GREAT Topic Area
2. Sessions: In Person or Zoom
3. Format: Keynote, Teaching, Classroom, Hosting, Panels, Breakouts
4. Length: Up to 4 Hours of Speaking
5. Works Best For: Keynote Speaking, Conferences, Organizational Retreats or Getaways

Alphabet Soup: Take your team through the entire leadership training for one or more of the GREAT letters (Gritty, Relational, Equipped, Authentic, or Transformational). 

1. Purpose: Extensive Training in 1 or More of the 5 GREAT Leadership Areas
2. Sessions: In Person or Zoom
3. Format: Teaching, Classroom, Hosting, Panels, Breakouts
4. Length: Up to 4 Hours of Speaking Per Letter in GREAT
5. Works Best For: Organizational Retreats or Getaways, Conferences, Major Team-Building Events, Senior Leader Summits
